Every part of the Mamec vertical mixer is carefully engineered
and throughly tested:

1. The drive machine is chosen after careful calculations. The engineering
   department determines the requred capacity and output, the coefficient of utilization,
    the diametre of the secondary shaft and the critical speeds of rotation, and selects
    The supplier of the drive machine jointly with the customer.
2. If required, the mixer is supplied with an oil trap.
3. For economic reasons, it is often advisable to use special bearings with a long shaft.
4. The mixer may be equipped with lip and labyrinth seal or stuffing boxes, as well as
   single- or double-action mechanical seals.
5. The blade level is freely ajustable.
6. A water-flushed bottom bearing can be utilized in very demanding applications.
